Privacy Policy

Emprise Digital, Inc. ("Emprise Digital," "we") runs this site, our checkout and the client portal, and collects the information below on all three.

What we collect.

• From the form where you book a call: your name, mobile number, email, company name, trade, city and ZIP code. It also asks if you're the owner or GM and your yearly revenue. It asks how many techs you have, if you answer calls live and how soon you want more calls. We also keep the ad or link that sent you here.
• When you buy: your business's legal name, address, tax ID and licenses, the owner's name, email and phone, and the details you give on the intake form. Our payment processor, Stripe, takes your card or bank details. We don't store full card or bank account numbers.
• Consent records: whether you checked a consent box, the exact text you saw, the time, your IP address and your browser type.
• Calls and meetings: recordings of calls and meetings with us. Software, including AI tools, makes transcripts and summaries from them.
• Site and portal use: pages you view and buttons you click, through cookies and similar tools. On this site, those tools come from Google and Meta. Cloudflare checks that a person, not a bot, sends our form. Cal.com runs the calendar where you book a call.
• For clients: the data in your Google Ads account, and the leads your campaign brings in. That includes their names, numbers, messages, call recordings and call transcripts.

How we use it. We use it to answer your request, check your market, sell and deliver our service, bill you, keep the records the law asks us to keep, and improve our work. We also use recordings and transcripts of our own calls and meetings with you. They help us train our team. They also help us build and improve our scripts and our software, AI tools included. We use your Google Ads data only as your Service Agreement allows (its Section 11).

Who we share it with.

• Service providers that work for us. They include our payment processor, Google, and the companies that run our texts, calls, call recording, transcripts, AI tools and email. They use it to do that work for us. Some also keep labels and combined figures that name no one, and they use them to run and improve their own services.
• Google, to run ads. We may upload contact details, such as emails and phone numbers, to Google Ads to show our ads to people or to keep them from seeing them.
• Meta, to run and measure our ads. When you send our form, our site and our server tell Meta. With that, we send your IP address, your browser type and Meta's ad cookies.
• Anyone the law requires us to tell, or a company that buys our business.

We don't sell your information. We don't share your mobile number or your text consent with anyone for their own marketing.

Your leads' details (clients). We use your leads' names, numbers, messages, call recordings and transcripts only to serve your business. We never pool them, sell them or use them for another client. We pool one thing: the labels and fixed fields in Section 11.2 of your Service Agreement, and those name no caller and no business.

How long we keep it. We keep consent and opt-out records for at least 5 years after we last use that consent. We keep recordings of our sales calls for 5 years, as proof of what was said. For clients: We keep call recordings 180 days, and longer while a dispute is open. One exception applies. Some recordings or transcripts decide a rejected lead or a contested lead. We keep those with your guarantee record for 5 years. The 5 years start when your agreement ends or on your last payment, whichever is later. We keep everything else as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires.

Your choices. Reply STOP to any text. Email billing@emprisedigital.co to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, unless the law requires us to keep it, or we need it to prove what was said or to answer a claim.

Security. We protect your information with reasonable security. If a client's lead data is exposed, we tell that client immediately after we find out.

Changes. We post any update here with its date.
